As our client’s Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you’ll be the executive leader responsible for implementing nursing’s philosophy, vision, and strategic direction. You’ll be accountable for operational leadership, human resource management, financial control, quality improvement, and moral and ethical guidance. To qualify, you must be eligible for RN licensure in the State of Texas, possess a Master’s degree in a field related to Nursing (Doctoral degree preferred), and eight years of progressive nursing leadership experience in complex healthcare organizations, with a minimum of three years’ administrative experience and three years’ management/supervisory experience,
