Entrepreneurial Non-interventional cardiologist sought for a solo office-based practice located on the campus of a 99-bed facility with a connected 79-bed nursing home. The hospital has recently completed a major expansion of its facility, and provides a state-of-the-art ICU/CCU. It has been designated as one of 16 regional hospitals in Iowa by the Iowa State Department of Health.
Responsibilities will include interpreting nuclear, echo and vascular studies as well as assisting with hospital consults. This position offers physicians the independence of working in a solo practice setting while enjoying the benefits of one of the largest cardiology groups in the country. In-house staff provides support in billing, coding, human resources, transcription, information technology and marketing. The practice offers physicians an electronic medial record (EMR) and remote access to digital test results.
