Senior Level Hospital Billing/Coding Consultant
Healthcare Consultants with CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, CCS, or CPC-H certification needed immediately!
*******Physician office billing experience DOES NOT QUALIFY****************
The qualified candidate will have 5+ years experience in:
RECENT HOSPITAL BASED ADVANCED CODING & BILLING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY!
Advanced knowledge and applied usage of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-9 coding systems, revenue codes, and modifiers a MUST.
Previous consulting experience and strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
ACCESS experience REQUIRED.
**Charge Description Master** experience in a HOSPITAL SETTING ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.
Unfortunately PHYSICIANS OFFICE experience WILL NOT qualify for these positions and WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA .
Certification from college or technical school is preferred.
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 40% or more.
