Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Patient Revenue Cycle Representative to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ.
Job Responsibilities:
The Patient Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for the timely and accurate billing and/or follow-up of patient assigned accounts. This individual assists patients who may require explanation of their charges, copies of bills or assistance in dealing with their insurance companies. You will be working with Health Insurance companies resolving issues for denied claims, resulting in the payment of claims to the hospital.
Required Skills:
Typing skills
Basic computer/CRT skills including keyboarding
General office skills Including professional telephone skills
Ability to relate and work with other hospital personnel within the facility.
Ability to deal with high stress and high demand.
Desired Skills:
Minimum 1 year office/clerical experience(preferred)
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Experience in hospital setting (preferred)
Knowledge of Medical terminology and coding (preferred)
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience (required)
