Non-interventional cardiologist sought for a Central Iowa university town serving a population of 150,000. The practice offers non- invasive and invasive diagnostic and therapeutic services including, cardiac catheterization and interventions, full compliment of EP services, TEE, echo and nuclear cardiology, as well as primary and secondary prevention services.
Responsibilities will include interpreting nuclear, echo and vascular studies as well as assisting with hospital call and consults. This position offers physicians the independence of working in a small group practice while enjoying the benefits of one of the largest cardiology groups in the country. In-house staff provides support in billing, coding, human resources, transcription, information technology and marketing. The practice offers physicians an electronic medial record (EMR) and remote access to digital test results.
