A non-medical substance abuse rehabilitation facility located in Waterford seeks an individual to:
*Ensure the completion of all designated forms during detoxification intake.
*Complete accurate and comprehensive intakes on all patients
*Complete accurate and comprehensive treatment plans.
*Coordinate care plans involving clients
*Assist Staff Physician with assessments and physical exams for patients.
*Revise Treatment plans as needed
*Review lab and report findings
*Monitor patient daily activity
*Other duties as assigned
*Must have computer skills, the ability to organize and intrepret medical data, maintain medical records in a timely fashion, interact and work well with a variety of personalities and communicate effectively.
Must have RN license and 3-5 years nursing experience in substance abuse or related field. |
