The Director of Maternal-Child Health Services has the responsibility and authority for directing the management operations and clinical practice for NICU, Pediatrics, LDRP, Birth Prep classes, and the coordination of the Perinatology Clinic. The Director plans with Administrators and other Directors/Managers as well as Medical Staff to identify needs, trends, and forecasts in order to provide quality patient care acts, as appointed, in the absence of the
Patient Care Administrator. Position reports to the Administrator, Patient Care Services.
Position requirements:
*Washington State licensure as required by position. Must be a licensed RN (Registered Nurse).
*Masters Degree required.
*Minimum of three (3) years related management experience.
*Three (3) years clinical experience within the last seven (7) years preferred. |
