Scope of this position would include, but not be limited to:
Performs evaluations and treatments primarily in the Home Health area. Med/Surg, Neuro, Hip/Knee, Stroke
Must be available for weekend rotation and Holiday coverage.
Perform continued documentation.
Full-time opportunity. Ohio PT Licensure required. Must be CPR Certified.
