The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, executes and documents therapy treatments for patients; communicates with patients/families, physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team; maintains documentation of services in the medical record; and directs and supervises therapy ancillary personnel. Qualifications include 1-3 years experience as a Physical Therapist, current MN state licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certification.
