Qualifications:
Registered Nurse: A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and at least two years experience, or a Diploma Graduate and at least three years experience or an Associate Degree and at least four years experience.
A current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
A minimum of one year of clinical experience in either an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the preceding 24 months.
Licensed Practical Nurse: Be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice as an LPN in any one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Have at least 12 months clinical experience as an LPN in either an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the preceding 24 months.
Medical Assistant:Have either successfully completed a Medical Assistant Training Course within the preceding 12 months, or have at least 12 months experience as a Medical Assistant within the preceding 36 months, orpossess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rica, Guam of the U.S. Virgin Islands and have at least 12 months experience as an LPN/LVN within the preceding 36 months, or possess certification as a military medical technician/hospital corpsman/medic and have at least 12 months experience within the preceding 36 months.
Have at least 12 months clinical experience in either an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the preceding 36 months.
