Senior Project Manager

Description Manage multiple medium to large complex products/projects in the medical software systems arena Lead efforts, with current and prospective customers, to capture and collect clinical workflow, research and other needs to help set product/project direction Create functional specifications for product/project enhancements including data mapping and process flow diagrams Apply technical knowledge and analytical skills to proactively identify and solve Clinical Informatics and Bio-informatics problems Lead teams of multi-disciplined personnel to deliver product/project within guidelines for schedule, cost, quality and client based clinical work flow needs Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support Lead account management for many product/project customers Primary point person for the successful completion of product implementations and production support Complete detailed project plans by identifying tasks, deliverables, assignments, controls, and contingency plans Required Skills Four-year degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Biology or related discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum of ten years overall related information technology and product/project management experience with at least five years of experience in information technology applications work focused on large-scale systems Strong people, communication and presentation skills including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business, clinical and analytical discussions across all disciplines Ability to act independently, taking accountability for their and others work, yet communicate closely with management for status and direction setting Organized, detail-oriented problem solver, with good time management skills Experience with using an agile/iterative approach for product/project development and implementation efforts Experience with technical account management Experience with clinical account management or Medical/Clinical Software Systems a plus Experience developing and managing developers also a plus As an international industry leader, we can offer you an exceptional working environment, salary commensurate with experience and an incredible benefits package including: Flexible working hours Casual dress Profit Sharing & Savings Plan (401K with matching funds) On-site massages A Floating Holiday in addition to Vacation and Eight Paid Holidays Free Parking Cash Bonuses paid for employee referrals Health, Dental, and Vision Plans, and Short and Long Term Disability Your interest in our company is appreciated however, only candidates considered for interview selection will be notified.
