Northeast Wisconsin Family Practice



A nationally recognized, fully integrated northeast Wisconsin healthcare system seeks a full-time BE/BC family practitioner for a Fox Cities location. This employee position is essential to accommodate practice growth. The successful candidate will partner with seven dedicated, highly qualified physicians and three mid-level providers. Physicians enjoy collegial working relationships and a staff that supports both primary care physicians and specialists. This position offers a generous guarantee, and an incentive-based compensation plan after the guarantee period has ended.



Position

  • A community-based family medicine practice, with optional obstetrics.


  • Hospitalist program optional.


  • Four-day work week.


  • Call shared 1:11 - The group shares “at home” call with physicians from another site. On-call physicians work between 10 am and 7 pm weekdays. A nurse triage service screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call physician.


  • State-of-the-art clinic.


  • Electronic medical records (EMR.)


  • Three exam rooms, a dedicated medical assistant, a shared pool of triage nurses, receptionists, coders, transcriptionists, ancillary technicians, and business office staff.


  • Ancillary services include full service laboratory, x-ray, and mammography (not at the Kimberly location.)


  • On-site mental health clinician at Menasha location.
