We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to manage our team of ultrasound imaging device sales representatives in the Northeastern US. The ideal candidate will have:

- A BA/BS, preferably in business administration, health care administration or life sciences
- Extensive prior experience selling medical devices to primary call points within the hospital setting (Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Vascular, Radiology, OB/Gyn)
- Consistent history in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated personnel management success
- Previous history of working independently out of home

Medical Device sales experience is required. Cardiovascular/ultrasound device sales experience is preferred. Responsibilities of the position include:

- Managing a team of representatives covering NJ, NY, PA, CT, MA, NH, VT and ME
- Reviewing individual sales performances and assessing hiring needs accordingly
- Ensuring the territory meets the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
- Maintaining detailed territory records and sales reports as directed
- Supporting tradeshow, training, and marketing activities
