Northeast Regional Business Development Director
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to manage our team of ultrasound imaging device sales representatives in the Northeastern US. The ideal candidate will have: - A BA/BS, preferably in business administration, health care administration or life sciences - Extensive prior experience selling medical devices to primary call points within the hospital setting (Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Vascular, Radiology, OB/Gyn) - Consistent history in meeting and exceeding sales quotas - Demonstrated personnel management success - Previous history of working independently out of home Medical Device sales experience is required. Cardiovascular/ultrasound device sales experience is preferred. Responsibilities of the position include: - Managing a team of representatives covering NJ, NY, PA, CT, MA, NH, VT and ME - Reviewing individual sales performances and assessing hiring needs accordingly - Ensuring the territory meets the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota - Maintaining detailed territory records and sales reports as directed - Supporting tradeshow, training, and marketing activities
