Practice

Due to continued growth in market share, physician shortage, and three-month waits for new patients, we are recruiting a general otolaryngologist. These circumstances assure rapid practice development for the successful candidate. Referrals provided by group physicians, community physicians, and self referrals.



  • Approximately 10 days call per month.


  • Serve two facilities, both equipped with Otogram™. The group provides full in-house services, including x-ray, CAT scan, MRI, etc.



    • Compensation

    This is a physician employee model with an excellent first-year salary guarantee. Thereafter, physician compensation will be based upon production (WRVUs), clinical/service quality performance, and patient satisfaction.
