Seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a state-of-the-art musculoskeletal center. The organization has developed a three-tier system, known as Orthopedics Plus. This program provides comprehensive, coordinated patient care. The first tier includes primary care providers, emergency room physicians, and athletic trainers. The next tier includes family practice/sports medicine physicians, physiatrists, rheumatologists, and rehabilitation therapists. The final tier incorporates orthopedic surgeons. The physician will work in a 22,000-sq-ft facility on the Medical Center campus. The unique building design provides an efficient, continuous flow of patients through the facility. Practice: Facility: Our client has developed a system for comprehensive and coordinated care of patients with musculoskeletal complaints/diagnoses. The facility provides all levels of support, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, administrative support and a sophisticated electronic medical record keeping system. Ancillary services are located on campus. Physicians enjoy a collegial working relationship, supportive of area specialists. Community: This is a metropolitan community of more than 220,000. It is within an easy drive of Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, and Minneapolis/St Paul. Schools are among the best in the nation, and cultural and recreational activities are abundant. |
