Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant



ThedaCare seeks two nurse practitioners/physician assistants to join practices in Neenah and Appleton, Wisconsin. Each position will partner with a dedicated, highly qualified medical staff. The providers will enjoy four-day work weeks.



These outpatient, community-based, internal medicine practices are in medical office buildings, one attached to Appleton Medical Center and the other to Theda Clark Medical Center. Each provider will have dedicated exam rooms, a medical assistant and triage nurse. There is a shared pool of receptionists, coders, transcriptionists, ancillary technicians and business office staff. The practices began using electronic medical records (EMR) in 2003.



Hospital patients are admitted by the 11-hospitalist service at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center. Double coverage is provided during the day and in-house coverage is provided at night. The service manages all admissions.




PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Physician assistant or nurse practitioner degree from an accredited program


  • Geriatrics interest/experience preferred
