Long - term care facility looking for an experienced RN. The RN is responsible for integrating the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation resulting in coordination and delivery of nursing care to caseload of residents/patients. The RN plans and delivers care by adherence to established standards of nursing care and practice in addition to collaboration with other members of the health care team.
Primary responsibilities are to provide treatment to residents. May help out with other Staff Nurse duties as needed.
Must posses a current license to practice as an RN in the state of Ohio
