Cath Lab Manager
The manager is responsible for a functional area of patient services and is accountable for the overall management and clinical services provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The successful manager demonstrates high employee, patient and physician satisfaction scores, good clinical outcomes, and cost effective use of resources. The manager is knowledgeable and incorporates new modalities to insure a contemporary practice. The manager collaborates with other disciplines to insure that the full continuum of care is provided to designated patient populations. The manager will conduct comprehensive interviews to ensure competent, high performing staff are hired, maintained, mentored, and coached. The manager will assist staff in reaching their highest potential.
The Cath Lab Manager is responsible for overall clinical operations of the Cath Lab, EP Lab, 3700, and Cardiac Diagnostic departments. The manager is accountable for setting and maintaining department performance standards, as well as promoting and maintaining excellent customer, physician, and employee satisfaction. The manager must also work closely with other division managers to assist in achieving clinical, financial, and budgetary goals.
High School Graduate or Equivalent. Bachelor degree or actively matriculating to achieve such required. Valid Ohio RN License of Registered Radiology Technology License. Minimum 5 years clinical experience required, cath lab experience preferred. Two years management/supervisory experience preferred.
