Job Summary:
Registered Nurse with at least 3 years ICU experience required. Previous management experience preferred. Current VA license or license eligible. Associate or Bachelor's Degree required.
Will manage the ICU schedule to meet the needs of all our customers and maintain the department budget.
Utilize quality improvement as basis to improve unit/department processes and use your leadership skills to assist in the development of staff members to achieve their full potential.
Reports to: Director of Critical Care
Hours: 72-80/pp
Shift: 8hr shifts Salary: $20.35-$34.40/hour
Relocation level: $5000
