Job Summary:
Responsible for care of Cardiac Surgical patients in an 8-bed Intensive Care Unit using cutting edge technology with opportunities for Hemodynamic monitoring/Ventilator Management/Intra-aortic Balloon devices/Transplant nursing.
Care for surgical patients including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts/Cardiac Valve Surgery/Total Endoscopic Coronary Bypass (Da Vince-Robotics)/Trans-Myocardial Laser Revacularization/Heart Transplants/Implantation of left Ventric Devices.
Requirements:
Must have active RN license; minimum 2 yrs experience in acute care hospital. LPN with experience in CSICU/CCU will be considered. Open heart or transplant experience a plus.
Reports to: Clinical Coordinator
Shift: varies; 32-40hr/week; on call every third weekend
Salary: open based on experience
Relocation assistance package available
Shift differential: $5 eves/week; $6 night/week; $5 days/wkend; $7 nights/wkend
