Description:
Routine management of acutely ill patients. Ability to independently manage nursing care of hemodynamically unstable patient who is on multiple IV meds; experience with ventilator management/ABG.
Solid EKG recognition skills, temporary pacemakers, pulmonary artery catheter, arterial pressure lines, post cardiac cath/stent recovery with sheath removal. Orientation time dependent on skill level.

Requirements:
Must have active TX RN license; BLS/ACLS required; TNCC preferred. Minimum 2 yrs critical care experience in high acuity ICU/CCU in an acute care facility. Must have excellent prioritization and communication skills/self motivated.
Reports to: Critical Care Manager
Shift: 7p-7a; 72hr/pp; as needed 2-4 weekend shift/30-day schedule. New hires must work 2-3 winter holidays.
Salary: $21.68-$27.83/hr
Relocation level: $5000
Differential: $3.00 nites
Short staffing bonus $6 on top of OT when additional shiftwork done on short notice.
