Job Description:
The CRNA in this advanced practice role uses advanced knowledge, skills and abilities to establish an environment of collaborative, integrated, quality care delivery for the Anesthesia care of surgical patients at the facility. This individual participates with organizational and departmental leadership to develop, implement and evaluate strategic and operational plans that are aligned with organizational strategies and initiatives. Additionally this individual manages business operations, establishes meaningful communication systems and assures compliance with all requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with RN and CRNA licensure required; Masters degree preferred. 3-5 years related experience. Successful experience with establishing an environment of collaborative patient-centered care for surgical patients. Ability to work effectively with and integrate interests of various disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers and to coach, mentor and educate staff. Ability to effectively use technology.
Shift: Days/80hrs
