Job Summary:
Serves as the primary care coordinator for patients in the Pre and Post transplant phase of care management. Serves as a liaison with transplant physicians. Detailed job description involving team, clinical coordination and leadership skills.
Job Qualifications:
Baccalaureate in Nursing Required.
MN RN Licensure.
3-5 years critical care or transplant experience required.
Background in transplant nursing preferable.
Shift: Days/casual.
