Job Summary:
Must have BSN (graduation from accredited school of Nursing), current Indiana RN license, and minimum of 4yrs of RN OR experience. Must be competent in all phases of OR RN techniques.
Reports to: CEO
Shift: exempt; mgmt hours; 24/7 on call hours
Oversees all nursing care functions and related activities of the OR/Surgical Services suite, procedures, and philosophy/objectives of the hospital and Nursing Services. Analyzes and evaluates nursing services to improve patient quality care.
Responsible for all aspects of environmental control, staff, assistance to surgeons, materials/equipment, budget, education of staff&administrative duties. Delegates duties to staff (professional and non professional). Coordinates OR activities with other departments.
Salary: $36.05 to ???
