Facility Description:
This private 317-bed facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and staffed by approximately 550 physicians and 1,000 healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:
Provides direct patient nursing care to patients in the Critical Care Units of the hospital. Candidate must be able to work efficiently with new grads and inexperienced RNs on board, and will not require any ""handholding"".
Prioritizes patient needs per interpretation of date (re)assessment & initiates appropriate measures including variations in diagnostic studies & condition changes. Responsbible/accountable for planning, directing, providing nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with FL Practice Act, MD orders, nursing techniques/policies/procedures, established standards and administrative policies.
Qualifications:
Must have Florida RN State License, ACLS, BLS and a minimum of 3-10 years of previous ER experience in an acute care hospital. Must have AS or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Shift: 7p-7a, working three 12 hour shifts per week with every other weekend.

Salary: $24/hr (average RN with 10yrs experience) plus differential
