Job Summary:
Required: must have FL Rn license with management experience in Quality Resources (includes QM, Risk Mgmt, Infection Control, Joint Commission Survey, and other regulatory & compliance issues). Previous Ethics and Compliance Officer experience is preferred.
Reports to: CEO
Shift: days; exempt
Responsible for overall coordination of Quality Resources and Infection Control programs. Responsible for the overall coordination of hospital-wide quality assessment and improvement activities. Responsible for the management of department's daily operation to achieve quality improvement.
Salary: $66,976-$87,068
