Job Description:


Required: must have FL RN license; MSN preferred; 3-5 years of management experience.
Reports to: CNO


Direct and manage the operations and activities of the Surgical Services Departments. The Director assumes the role as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department and staff to assure quality service on a 24 hour basis.


The Director is responsible for meeting JCAHO standards, complying with corporate policy and procedures, for managing supplies and equipment on the unit, for promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction, and for appropriate resource management.
Salary: $63,440-$82,264
