Job Summary:
Requires ACLS (or within 6 months of hire), 2yr AD Nursing or BSN, Critical Care course, EKG course, 1-2 years acute care hospital Critical Care unit nursing work experience.
Reports to: Unit Charge RN
Shift: day/nite/weekend
Provides direct patient nursing care to patients in the Critical Care Unit of the hospital.
Direct patient care includes: vents, swan, temp pacers in MICU/CCCU, phlebotomy, EKG. Interacts with Respiratory Department re vents and ABG, interacts with Pharmacy and case management.
Salary: based on experience
Relocation level: negotiable
Differential: $2.50eve/$3nite/$4wkend
